Now, the award-winning chef Spyros Ayous emphasizes Japanese flavors and places Greek and Mediterranean ideas next to them. The terrace offers panoramic views. On the ground floor, there is an excellent bar. Try smoked tuna tataki, oyster mushrooms with pear, ponzu sauce, and pickledpine seeds.
