Alpha Guide's evaluation
A charming cluster of traditional houses at different tiers, with a historic main building, where elements of the olive press that operated here since 1880 have been preserved. It is dominated by stone, wood and Venetian arches. The romantic-style rooms and suites (buildings of the 13th-17th c.) have simple yet luxurious furnishings, good equipment and large terraces. The taverna serves local Cretan cuisine.
