Alpha Guide's evaluation
Grecotel’s art hotel in downtown Athens reopened completely renovated. Boutique style and pleasant, relaxed feeling in the metropolitan lobby and rooms. Each room is unique, with graffiti and works of art by well-known and new artists and select pieces of furniture that add sophisticated style. In terms of size and style they are divided into nine types. We singled out the brand new loft suites, which are bright and have a luxury feeling and large terraces. Some rooms are lacking in brightness and views, but all have unique decorative touches. The family rooms are a pleasant surprise and feel quite like home, with children’s toys and Smurfs on the walls. Very interesting breakfast with Cretan dishes. The all-day bar-resto with a terrace that looks out on the City Hall Square serves light, casual and more creative plates. Excellent service. Cute shop with deli from Agreco farm and small producers, and handmade ecological amenities, which are offered in the bathrooms too.
