Alpha Guide's evaluation
The Rolls-Royce that is permanently parked at the entrance of the hotel – a member of the Myconian Collection – halfway up the hill above the beach of Elia gives a first impression of the utter luxury that characterizes its interior too. Highly impressive reception area with reception desks made of whole tree trunks, furniture made of teak from Indonesia and other custom-made pieces from abroad, and a large Bukhara carpet that leads to the elevator, which is dressed in ivory. Natural materials and the white color dominate the two categories of suites, which feature an outdoor Jacuzzi or a private pool. Besides, there are villas with more bedrooms, such as the “Super Paradise” that has a helipad of its own. Around the infinity-view main pool, you’ll find two restaurants: an all-day one and the fine dining “Cabbanes”, which is decorated with real bells. Breakfast is served in the large covered area of the restaurant “Nouveau”, accompanied by live music from a harp.
