This modern space at the top floor of the “AthensWas” Hotel successfully “converses” with History and opens up to contemporary design. It offers an enviable close-up view of the Acropolis, which forms part of an extraordinary panorama including Lycabettus hill and the Arch of Hadrian. Here, Chef Alexandros Charalambopoulos successfully cultivates a modern version of the Greek cuisine, filtering recipes such as the “Athinaiki” fish, the Corfiot browned greens, and the stuffed vegetables.
