The Alpha Guide review

Two refurbished stores were united to create a very special, romantic restaurant in a picturesque cobbled street of the village. The stunning open fireplace dominates the place. The cuisine – totally different from the cooking that prevails in the region – expresses the creative ability and good technique of the owner / chef Antonis Tsolakoudis. The menu is updated regularly. Try caramelized mushrooms, olive oil bread stuffed with feta cheese, mozzarella and vegetables, snails stuffed with garlic butter and parsley, feta cheese dip with truffle oil, pear with Parmesan, almonds and dill. Professional service and wine list that suits the menu, with several labels being serves also by the glass. Be sure to make a reservation. In summer, the team moves to the “Olive Bay” (29280/99919) between Horto and Milina, and serves a summery, light cuisine.
