Chef Chrysanthos Karamolegos, who co-ordinates the kitchen, creates a series of – exotic, yet familiar – specialties starring seafood. Crisp seafood and juicy fresh fish make are coupled with unexpected ingredients and make every bite taste like summer. Try the tuna tartar and the fried squid with sea fennel tempura.
