This restaurant has always been the “good” restaurant of “Elounda Beach” Hotel, and it is located in a beautiful inner courtyard, next to the compound’s white chapel. The talented young chef Albert Hasna proposes an interesting pairing of international flavors with several Greek elements, which works particularly well in dishes such as the lamb shoulder, the fillet with “anthotyro” cheese, the sea bass in fennel risotto, and the snails with cauliflower cream and crispy cured pork. The desserts are of an equally high level.
