In winter, it serves in a cozy hall, on the ground floor of “The Margi” hotel, in summertime by the swimming pool, where wood, marble, earth colours and silver-and-green olive trees set the Mediterranean tone of the decor. Chef Panayiotis Yakalis develops his cuisine year by year, presenting interesting dishes with solid technique and premium ingredients, including fruit, vegetables, and herbs from the Margi Farm, the hotel’s farm in Kalyvia, in mainland Attica.
