On the first floor of a building, with a balcony and atrium that overlook the city, the square and the sea. The women of the cooperative make stuffed courgette flowers with gruyere and feta cheese from Mytilene, “giouzlemedes” (filo pastry with feta cheese filling), potato croquettes, stuffed cabbage leaves, pasta with local veal, fruit preserves, halva and baklava.
