On the beautiful terrace of Elounda Beach with the wonderful views of the Cretan Sea, chef Vania Cebula presents a light Mediterranean cuisine at lunchtime, while in the evening his tempting proposals focus mainly on the Italian gastronomy: Cod alla Veneziana, carpaccio, spaghetti with seafood, eggplant gnocchi with pecorino, brasato veal, all cooked with very good raw materials.
