"We don’t serve, we cook for you”. That’s the motto of Theodoros Voukelatos who cooks Mediterranean recipes with meats from his own farm (rooster, lamb and goat kid), eggs, feta cheese from goat milk, organic wine. In winter, the fireplace warms the dining hall and in the summer, the breeze cools the terrace that gazes out over the mountains. Must tastes are the homemade pies (cheese pie, pie with greens and pepper pie), the fried pork, the baked chickpeas and the rooster “pastitsada” - a traditional recipe. The owners have provided also for the possibility of accommodation in three tidy rooms.
