An old movie theatre has become a cozy, beautiful inner courtyard where you eat under the arbor. Beautiful dining hall with a homey, relaxed atmosphere. Antonis Psaltis draws inspiration mainly from the repertoire of local recipes and creates a modernized version of traditional cuisine. The dishes that stand out: fantastic salted tunny with beans and wild greens; frumenty with local cheese from sheep’s milk; ravioli with rabbit and stew sauce; poached cod with an “al dente” chickpea salad and a sauce of pepper, onion, and caper.
