The young Chef Manolis Papoutsakis from Chania presents an excellent approach to traditional Cretan cuisine without compromises. Delicious “gamopilafo,” –lamb with pilaf, an iconic dish of the Cretan cuisine– and equally excellent fried rabbit. The menu also includes other classic Cretan dishes such as snails and spiny chicory. The impressive wine list pays an exclusive tribute to the Cretan vineyard.
