Elements of local architecture in the dining hall – the “Lindian canopy” is very impressive – and a shady, stone-paved courtyard with citrus trees and aromatic herbs. As for the menu, the young Chef Kyriakos Iakovides moves on the boundaries between the traditional Greek and the local cuisine, effortlessly applying modern techniques. The spirits’ list features many local wines of Rhodes and from all over Greece plus a large selection of beers and ouzo.
