It’s not one restaurant. They are two, both on the pedestrian street that connects Thissio with Petralona. Chef Ilias Kolovis opened his restaurant in ’81 on the section of the street that is called Thessalonikis. In ’92, he expanded to its continuation, Eptahalkou Street. Always a family affair, it serves juice chops, fragrant burgers, handmade potatoes and fava (creamy split pea puree).
