The resort’s restaurant is a destination in itself thanks to the dishes proposed by Chef Yiannis Kioroglou, who is in charge of the kitchen. The chef, who excels in restaurants abroad, chooses wisely to adapt his international perceptions to the unique natural scenery of Zagori and to highlight the flavors, the products and the aromas of the region in their most gourmet and refined version. His is borne out by the result. Many ingredients are sourced from the hotel’s organic vegetable garden that is open to visitors, while the menu varies according to the season.
