Benetos Mattheou comes from America in the summer, opens one of the hottest restaurants in Patmos and, around it, he grows the vegetables that are used in the dishes. Casual chic environment, hip cuisine with the modern, fusion exoticism that governs the American culinary scene. Also, fresh fish and fresh salads with vegetables from their garden. Plus, in the garden there is also a wine & cocktail bar with hip tapas, which are served on the counter or at the tables under the trees.
