Nicolas is a family tavern, one of the oldest and best known in Mykonos. Many of the ingredients are sourced from their extensive vegetable garden in the airport area, where they also breed animals. The cooked dishes have a genuine “mamma’s” touch, and the family’s father is masterfully handling the grill. The must-try dishes are the pumpkin pie, the grilled eggplant, the grilled sardines, and the “pastisio” with hand-made lasagna. The tables on the sand are snapped up at sunset.
