We enjoyed a perfectly cooked golden grouper with a sauce made of the liquid in which the fish was cooked, beaten with lemon into a dense foam. If you want a cooked dish, the fisherman’s pie, a lightly fried patty with fresh fish, rice and vegetables stands out.
