In a small village between Serres and Drama, Andreas Stavrides proposes excellent dishes based on Greek meat, which he lets age and roasts to perfection, making this restaurant a benchmark for the area and beyond. The menu’s highlights are the tartar, the veal fillet, and the spit-roasted goat kid. Neat interior and a small cool terrace for summer time.
