This restaurant makes a splash with its modern international cuisine and the cool, exotic decor of Minas Kosmidis. Dimitris Kontaratos and Antonis Manias create the menu and the highly skilled cook Christina Kourdounaki executes it.Try the pappardelle with soy sauce, mushrooms and veal fillets; the fantastic potato espuma with black garlic and pepper jam; the nicely sauteed scallops with cognac, spinach, black tapioca and citrus; and the tweaked “bougatsa” with crispy rice filo pastry sprinkled with caster sugar, with roasted pineapple cream and cinnamon ice cream.
